Refund & Cancellation Policy

Srovi packs are one-time digital purchases from Ksagaa LLP. Because readings are generated and delivered instantly, our policy is simple and fair:

You are never charged for failures

Quota is deducted only after a reading, chart or answer is successfully delivered. If a generation fails for any technical reason, no quota is consumed — you simply try again.

Payment taken but pack not credited

If money left your account but the pack did not appear within 15 minutes, write to [email protected] with your payment reference. We will either credit the pack or refund the full amount within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Unused packs

A pack that is entirely unused (no questions asked, no charts or reports generated from it) can be refunded on request within 48 hours of purchase. Once any part of a pack is consumed, the purchase is non-refundable — the remaining quota stays available until the pack expires.

Duplicate payments

Accidental duplicate payments for the same pack are refunded in full — just email us the two payment references.

Expiry and cancellation

Packs have the validity period shown at purchase and expire automatically — there is nothing to cancel, and no auto-renewal exists. Expired unused quota is not refundable, though we may extend validity as a goodwill gesture; ask us.

Disagreement with a reading

Astrological interpretation is inherently subjective. Disagreement with the content of a delivered reading is not grounds for a refund — though we always want to hear about quality issues at [email protected].

How refunds are processed

All refunds go through Razorpay to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days of approval.
